About the Course

Outlaw breaks the mold at Desert Mountain with a links-style design that feels unlike anything else in the community. Rather than the target golf that defines most desert courses, Outlaw offers wide fairways, firm and fast conditions, and the creative shotmaking options that define links golf. The course encourages running the ball onto greens, playing bump-and-run approaches, and using the terrain to shape shots. It's a refreshing change of pace for Desert Mountain members and a reminder that great desert golf doesn't have to follow a single formula. Wind becomes a factor here more than on other courses, adding another strategic layer.
